This policy explains what personal information MVBE CORPORATION LLC (“Hiconic”, “we”, “us”) collects when you visit or buy from hiconicnails.com, why we collect it, and what rights you have. We are the data controller. You can reach us at info@hiconicnails.com or at 530B Harkle Road, Santa Fe, NM 87505, United States.

1. What we collect

Order information — your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number if you give one, and the contents of your order.
Payment information — handled directly by our payment providers. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the last four digits of the card. We never see or store your full card number.
Account information — if you create an account, your login details and order history.
Device and usage information — IP address, browser, operating system, referring site, and the pages you view. Collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Messages — anything you send us by email or through our contact form.

2. Why we use it

To process, pack, ship and deliver your order, and to handle returns and refunds.
To send transactional emails: order confirmations, dispatch and tracking, and replies to your questions.
To send marketing emails, only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe from any of them in one click.
To screen orders for fraud and to protect the store.
To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
To meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations.

3. Legal bases (EU / UK visitors)

We rely on: performance of a contract for order processing and delivery; consent for marketing emails and non-essential cookies; legitimate interests for fraud prevention, security and site improvement; and legal obligation for accounting and tax records.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the store:

Shopify Inc. — our e-commerce platform, which hosts the store and processes orders. See Shopify's privacy policy at shopify.com/legal/privacy.
Payment providers — to take payment and prevent fraud.
Shipping carriers — your name and delivery address, so your parcel arrives.
Email and analytics providers — to send emails you asked for and to measure site traffic.

We may also disclose information if we are legally required to, or to protect our rights.

5. International transfers

We are based in the United States and our providers may process data in the United States, Canada, the European Union and elsewhere. Where personal data of EU or UK residents is transferred outside those areas, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as required by tax and accounting law, generally seven years. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form.

7. Cookies

We use cookies that are strictly necessary to run the store (your cart, your session, security), and — where you consent — analytics and marketing cookies. You can refuse non-essential cookies through the banner on the site and delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will break the checkout.

8. Your rights

If you are in the EU or the UK, you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to withdraw consent at any time, and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request its deletion or correction, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. Exercising these rights will never result in worse pricing or service.

9. Security

The site runs over HTTPS and payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

10. Children

This site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.
