These Terms govern your use of hiconicnails.com and any purchase you make on it. The site is operated by MVBE CORPORATION LLC (“Hiconic”, “we”, “us”), 530B Harkle Road, Santa Fe, NM 87505, United States. By placing an order you accept these Terms.

1. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or 13 or older with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm this is the case.

2. Products, prices and availability

All prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclude shipping and any import duties. We may change prices, product specifications and the range we offer at any time without notice. Product photography is representative; screens vary, and the exact shade you receive can differ slightly from what you see on your device.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt of that offer — the contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if a price was displayed in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

5. Shipping and risk

Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the parcel to the address you provided. See our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns

Our 30-day money-back guarantee and the return procedure are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Safe use — please read this

Hiconic gel nail strips are a cosmetic product that must be cured under a UV/LED lamp. They are for external use on healthy natural nails only.

Do not apply to damaged, infected, broken or irritated nails or skin.
Avoid contact with the surrounding skin before curing. Uncured gel can cause irritation or sensitisation.
Stop using the product immediately and seek medical advice if you experience redness, itching, swelling, pain or lifting of the nail plate.
Do not stare directly into the LED lamp. Keep the lamp and all accessories out of reach of children.
If you are pregnant, taking photosensitising medication, or have a known allergy to acrylates or to any cosmetic ingredient, ask a healthcare professional before use.
Follow the application instructions supplied. Never pick or peel a set off — remove it as instructed.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. You use our products at your own risk and are responsible for following the instructions.

8. Intellectual property

The Hiconic name, logo, photography, text and design of this site belong to MVBE CORPORATION LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or use them commercially without our written permission.

9. Your content

If you send us photographs, reviews or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it to promote Hiconic, with attribution where practical. You confirm the content is yours to share and does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may remove any content at our discretion.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to break the law, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to interfere with its operation, or to resell our products as your own without a written agreement with us.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or the statutory rights of consumers in their country of residence.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our products.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, and the courts of New Mexico have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
