30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to love your nails. If you are not happy with your Hiconic order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price — even if you have opened the box and applied a set. You do not need to justify your decision.

How to start a return

Email info@hiconicnails.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the items you want to return.
We reply with your return authorisation and the return address.
Ship the parcel back to us. Please include your order number inside the parcel.

Who pays for what

Return shipping is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service — until the parcel reaches us, it remains your responsibility.
We refund the full price of the products you return.
The original outbound shipping charge is not refunded, unless the return is caused by our error.

Starter Kit returns and free gifts

The Starter Kit is sold with free accessories (LED lamp, cuticle oil, nail file, glass prep tool). If you return a Starter Kit, please return the free accessories with it. If they are not returned, their retail value is deducted from your refund.

Your refund

Once your parcel arrives, we inspect it and issue your refund within 5 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5 to 10 business days to display the money.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

If something arrives damaged, incorrect or missing, email info@hiconicnails.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund it, and we pay the return shipping in these cases.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the design you want.

Cancelling an order

Orders are dispatched quickly. If you need to cancel, email us within 2 hours of ordering and we will cancel it if it has not yet been packed. After dispatch, use the return process above.

Customers in the EU and the UK

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our 30-day guarantee is more generous and applies in addition to that right, never instead of it.
