Shipping Policy

All Hiconic products are shipped from our own stock. We do not dropship, so what you see on the site is what is on our shelves.

Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hours of being placed (business days). Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday are dispatched on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery takes approximately 7 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees: carrier delays, weather and customs inspections can add time.

Tracking

You receive a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to show its first scan, and it often sits still for a day or two while a parcel moves between hubs. That is normal.

Duties and taxes

Prices on this site are in US dollars and are shown excluding any import duties or taxes. For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by your country are your responsibility and are collected by the carrier or the customs authority, not by us.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an address you entered incorrectly. If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable, we refund the products but not the original shipping charge.

Lost or undelivered parcels

If tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, check with anyone else at your address and with your neighbours, and allow 24 hours — carriers sometimes scan a parcel as delivered a day early. If it still has not appeared, or if tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, email info@hiconicnails.com with your order number and we will open a claim with the carrier.
